How does Meram seal an app?

Meram uses Apple's Screen Time. When you open a sealed app, iOS shows Meram's block screen instead. Tap "Write it down", write what you came to do, pick a length, and the app opens for that long.

Why won't Open turn on?

Meram needs two real words or more, such as "reply to Selin". Short fillers like "ok ok" or the app's name alone do not count. The line under the field says what is missing.

Where is the "Did you do it?" question?

When a window ends, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen asks it. If you do not see it, check that Live Activities are on for Meram in the iOS Settings app. You can also answer on the Today screen in Meram.

I answered by mistake. Can I change it?

Yes. In Meram, touch and hold the row on Today. You can change Done to Got lost at any time that day, and Got lost to Done within five minutes.

How do I raise or lower a daily limit?

Open Apps, choose the app and use the minus and plus buttons. A lower limit applies at once. A higher limit starts at the next refill at 4:00 AM.

How do I stop Meram?

In Meram, open Settings and choose "Remove all seals", then hold the button for two seconds. Your apps open without a question until you seal them again. Deleting the app also removes every seal.

Does Meram see what I do in my apps?

No. Screen Time gives Meram anonymous tokens for the apps you seal, not their content. Everything Meram stores stays on your iPhone. See the privacy page.

What does Meram cost?

Meram is free.
